If for any reason you're not totally satisfied with your vision from your prescription, contact us within 30 days of receiving your script (and be able to provide proof that you purchased your glasses or contacts with our prescriptions) and we'll make things right as rain for you or, issue a full refund.

And if our ophthalmologists can't give you a prescription you love after you have paid, we will refund your money. (Note: Refunds are only applicable to the prescription service.)
